Shell schemes

Shell scheme stand construction is mandatory for all stands of 30 m2 and below. Choose a Basic stand package or Luxury stand package.

What is included?

  • White partition walls;
  • Accent panel in hall colour;
  • Fascia board - company name & stand number;
  • Lockable storage (1 m x 1 m);
  • Carpet tiles (antracite);
  • Spotlights; 1 spot per 4 sqm;
  • 3 kW electricity connection incl. 220-volt socket;
  • 4 chairs & 1 table;
  • 1 counter/desk & 1 barstool;
  • Daily stand cleaning.
Luxury stand package

Luxury stand package

12 m2 and up: € 173.00

Price per m2, excl. regular rate, VAT and registration fee.

This package is available from 12 m2 and up *

What is included?

  • White aluvision walls (2,5 meter height);
  • 1 high eye-catcher including full colour visual (2 meter width x 3,5 meter height);
  • Accent panel in hall colour;
  • Lockable storage (2 m x 1 m);
  • Name & stand number on accent panel;
  • Carpet antracite;
  • Spotlights, 1 spot per 4 sqm & 2 on visual;
  • 3 kW electricity connection incl. 220-volt socket;
  • 4 chairs & 1 table;
  • 1 counter/desk & 1 barstool;
  • Daily stand cleaning.

* The furniture is included in the shell scheme packages. Not using the furniture does not change the price of the package.

* The colour of your furniture is aligned with the colour of the carpeting in the exhibition hall where you are positioned.

* The RAI has the right to amend small changes to the stand packages. This does not affect the price.
