Energy Surcharge
A € 10.00 per m2 energy surcharge will be added to your order.
Dependent on the developments surrounding the energy crisis we will credit this from your 2nd invoice 3 months prior to show.
Shell scheme
Shell scheme stand construction is mandatory for all stands of 30 m2 and below. Choose a Basic stand package or Luxury stand package.
Basic stand package
12 m2 and up: € 102.00
Price per m2, excl. regular rate, VAT and registration fee.

What's included?
- White partition walls;
- Accent panel in hall colour;
- Fascia board - company name & stand number;
- Lockable storage (1 m x 1 m);
- Carpet tiles (antracite);
- Spotlights; 1 spot per 4 sqm;
- 3 kW electricity connection incl. 220-volt socket;
- 4 chairs & 1 table;
- 1 counter/desk & 1 barstool;
- Daily stand cleaning.
Luxury stand package
12 m2 and up: € 173.00
Price per m2, excl. regular rate, VAT and registration fee.

What's included?
- White aluvision walls (2,5 meter height);
- 1 high eye-catcher including full colour visual (2 meter width x 3,5 meter height);
- Accent panel in hall colour;
- Lockable storage (2 m x 1 m);
- Name & stand number on accent panel;
- Carpet antracite;
- Spotlights, 1 spot per 4 sqm & 2 on visual;
- 3 kW electricity connection incl. 220-volt socket;
- 4 chairs & 1 table;
- 1 counter/desk & 1 barstool;
- Daily stand cleaning.
Plant Compounds & Vertical Farming
(walls, fascia board, carpet, storage, electricity, lightning, furniture, space rent and daily cleaning)
Plant Compounds has a green fascia board.
Vertical Farming has a pink fascia board.
9 m2: € 450.00

15-18 m2: € 400.00
20 m2 and up: € 364.00
Prices per m2
* The furniture is included in the shell scheme packages. Not using the furniture does not change the price of the package.
* The colour of your furniture is aligned with the colour of the carpeting in the exhibition hall where you are positioned.
* The RAI has the right to amend small changes to the stand packages. This does not affect the price.
