With 15 years of experience at RAI Amsterdam and over 12 years as an Exhibition Manager, Kim has spent the past five years dedicated to GreenTech and the horticulture sector. Bringing people together has always been her passion, and she finds that this aligns naturally with an industry that is both innovative and highly relevant, especially for someone who mainly follows a plant-based diet.
Annie van de Riet is the President of AVAG, the association for the Dutch greenhouse technology sector. With a background in economic geography and extensive experience in both horticulture and advocacy, she is committed to driving the industry forward. AVAG represents 80 companies with a combined turnover of €3 billion, 80% of which comes from exports. These companies collaborate to develop quality standards, conduct research, and drive innovation in a pre-competitive environment. This collective effort has made the sector a global leader. A Dutch supplier is synonymous with state-of-the-art technology and top-quality solutions.
