100% HANDSFREE; innovation for a handsfree greenhouse

Labour is one of the largest cost items within Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). At the same time, labour is becoming scarcer, more expensive, and less predictable. The ambition? Moving towards a greenhouse that is as autonomous as possible — ideally 100% hands-free production. But what is needed to achieve this? Which system breakthroughs are crucial? And which technologies are already helping today?
