Anthura - is a leading expert in Anthuriums, Orchids, and Bromeliads, employs 1,300 worldwide, offering over 700 varieties. Supplying growers worldwide.

In 2016, Anthura had to replace its ERP system due to outdated technology and the bankruptcy of a key supplier. What started as a necessity quickly became an opportunity to rethink how the business worked.

Instead of just implementing new software, Anthura focused on improving its processes. Key users and process owners were involved early to map out how things worked and where improvements were needed. Based on this, clear requirements were defined, and Agriware was selected as the new ERP system.

To reduce risk, the implementation was done step by step. At the same time, strong attention was given to data quality and ownership. By cleaning and standardizing data, and assigning clear responsibilities, the company created a reliable foundation for decision-making.

The new system was also integrated with greenhouse operations, enabling real-time data between planning, production, and sales. Training and testing ensured employees could adopt the new way of working.

The result: Anthura redesigned almost all of its business processes. Teams now work with the same data, communication has improved, and decisions are based on reliable information. What started as a forced change turned into a major step forward in efficiency and control.
