CEA offers attractive STEM-based professional profiles to alleviate these issues, by enabling year-round production and via automation and other process improvements lifting the professional profiles. Talent shortage also constitutes a significant bottleneck for CEA too, insofar as the industry faces a shortage of candidates with the appropriate mix of skills and training.
