Zayndu Limited

Optimising Plant Performance with ActivatedAir

Imagine a technology that could take a seed and supercharge it, helping it germinate faster and grow into a bigger, healthier plant. And imagine if that technology was green; low energy, and entirely free of the synthetic chemicals which are so harmful to the environment.

Zayndu are delivering that technology – using plasma and “ActivatedAir” to boost seed health.

  • Z10

    Z10

    Zayndu's Z10 Seed Treatment Machine

Part of the unique range of seed treatment machines from Zayndu, the Z10 has a 10 litre drum that can process up to two litres (1kg) of seeds per batch. Zayndu's unique technology uses just electricity and air to create ActivatedAir, a powerful and natural formula that boosts seed health and increases plant yield for indoor growers and glasshouses. Customers have reported on average 20% yield improvement from the same footprint and energy use in real life conditions.
  • S-Prime

    S-Prime

On-site seed priming enabled by ActivatedAir™ treatment packages using cold plasma, optimised for popular crop mixes—all without chemicals.

Seed priming is traditionally so complex it has been left to seed producers—restricting choice and driving cost—and with the short shelf life of primed seeds, it's not ideal. Zayndu will launch the first crop-specific priming package with S-Prime at GreenTech. This targets popular spinach varieties with cold plasma. Existing growers (e.g., 80 Acres) using our spinach priming have experienced yield increases of 15-24%. More priming packages focused on popular crop mixes will be launched in 2025.
