Injection moulding

Our Injection moulding department has more than 70 injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 200 to 11,000 kN. A wide variety of thermoplastics (i.a. ABS, ASA, PS, PP, PP TV, PP GF, PE, TPE/TPU, POM, PA 6/6.6 with and without GF or GK, PK, and PVC) are moulded in reproducible quality, up to an injection weight of 9 kg. We produce 1-, 2-, or 3-component parts (various colors, materials, and hardnesses) as well as insert moulding (inserting and overmoulding metal components).
