Winner Robot Challenge and greenhouses of the future at GreenTech
GreenTech Amsterdam 2025 is officially underway at the RAI Convention Centre. Yesterday expert judges have chosen the winner of the Robot Challenge: SAIA Agrobotics.
Erik Pekkeriet (Robot Challenge chairman jury) explains: “Moving from doubt to hope, and now to trust. What they’re building is highly disruptive, with a level of innovation excellence that has the potential to transform the entire sector." Today and tomorrow continuous with sessions on optical systems, the greenhouse of the future, CO₂ sourcing, pest control with lasers, and autonomous water management, all showcasing the cutting edge of horticulture innovation.
