‘We are capturing more CO2 than we use’

Koppert Cress recently started receiving geothermal energy. This has marked a crucial step for the Dutch cress specialist in its goal of becoming completely fossil-free. However, this isn't the end of the road. "We've set ourselves the goal of being climate-positive this year," says director Stijn Baan. "We're going to neutralise any CO2 emissions we can't reduce."
