360Tek

The new 360Tek optical sorter for blueberries seamlessly integrates at the end of WECO’s modular Sortivator line. Conveying berries over a series of hourglass-shaped rollers, the 360Tek takes up to 16 photos of each object to accurately identify and separate product with fine defects, extraneous vegetable matter (EVM) and jumbo berries. Inspecting up to 8,000 lbs. (3,600 kg) of blueberries per hour, this affordable sorter maximizes product quality while reducing labor requirements.
